Tell us who matters.
When you sign up, you'll add the people you want to send cards to: their name, their address, your relationship to them ("mom," "best friend," "Dave from accounting"), and a few notes if you want — what they care about, inside jokes, recent things in their life. Then add the dates: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays you celebrate together. We handle the major ones automatically (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day, and more), so you don't have to enter every holiday manually for every person. You can add as many recipients as you want. Your plan just controls how many cards go out each month.

AI drafts. You review.
Seven days before each card is scheduled to go out, we use the details you've given us to draft a thoughtful message — referencing your relationship, the occasion, and anything you've shared about the person. You'll get an email letting you know the draft is ready. Open it, read it, and: Approve as-is and we'll send it. Edit anything — a phrase, a sentence, the whole thing. Skip if it's not a moment you want to mark this year. Or do nothing. If you don't respond, we send the draft on time. We'd rather have a thoughtful card show up than miss the moment because life got busy. We'll also send a 3-day reminder if you haven't responded yet — one more nudge before the card locks in.

Your message is written by hand in real ink, sealed in an envelope, and mailed with a real stamp. Your recipient gets a real, hand-written card in their mailbox on the day that matters. Not an email. Not a delayed text. A card. E-cards work the same way: drafted by AI, reviewed by you, then delivered at the right moment.
The details that matter
A few things people ask about most.
- Mid-month signup: First card scheduled based on next event. Billing starts on signup day.
- Multi-signer signatures: "Love, Mom & Dad" / "Love, the whole family" / etc. Customize per recipient.
- Holidays where someone celebrates differently: You control which apply to which recipients.
- Annual customer with a wedding-heavy summer: Allocation usable however you want across the year.
What the AI does.
We don't pretend you wrote every card from scratch — and we don't pretend the AI has a relationship with your mom. What it does is take what you've told us — that she loves crossword puzzles, that her birthday is the same week as your sister's, that you saw her last month for Easter — and draft a starting point that sounds like something you might write. Not a generic "Happy birthday, Mom!" Something specific. You read it. You change what doesn't sound like you. You approve it. The draft is the floor, not the ceiling. The card that goes out is yours. This is the opposite of a "thinking of you" text at 11:47 PM. It's more presence, not less.
